What's the difference between Enclomiphene and Testosterone injections?

Enclomiphene is an oral medication that signals your body to produce more of its own testosterone. It preserves fertility and natural hormone production. Testosterone Cypionate is a direct replacement via weekly injection. It is more effective when natural production is insufficient. Your doctor will recommend the right option based on your labs and symptoms. Both are the same price.

How often do I need lab work?

Initial labs are performed before treatment to ensure a proper evaluation. After the first month of treatment, we assess the effectiveness of the scheduled dose and conduct a safety check. Then every 6 months, or sooner if medically required. All lab work during treatment is included in your subscription.

Why does Veedma use LC-MS/MS instead of standard lab testing?

Most labs use an immunoassay to measure testosterone. It's cheaper and faster, but it can misread levels by 20% or more – especially in the range where diagnosis matters most. We use Equilibrium Dialysis with LC-MS/MS to measure Total and Free Testosterone directly by molecular structure. It's the method recommended by the Endocrine Society and used in clinical research. Treatment decisions are only as good as the labs behind them. We prioritize accuracy.

What if I don't qualify for treatment?

If you are not approved for treatment or decide not to proceed during your first consultation before a prescription is issued, you will receive a 100% refund of the plan cost to your original payment method.

Please note: The initial diagnostic fee is non-refundable because it covers expenses already incurred for your lab work.

How do plan cancellations work?

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal. Please note that if you cancel a long-term plan early and request a refund, your usage will be retroactively calculated at the non-discounted rate of $149/month. The remaining balance will then be refunded to you.

What is your price match guarantee?

If you find a lower total cost for a plan with a similar duration and level of care, we will beat it by an additional 20%.
