Enclomiphene vs TRT

How often do I need lab work?

Initial labs are performed before treatment to confirm diagnosis and ensure safety. After the first month of treatment, you'll have follow-up labs to verify your response and refine your dose if needed. After that, lab work is performed every 6 months.

Why does Veedma use LC-MS/MS instead of standard lab testing?

We use Equilibrium Dialysis with LC-MS/MS to measure Total and Free Testosterone directly by molecular structure. It is the method used in clinical research and recommended by the Endocrine Society, performed in person through our CLIA-certified partner labs.

Our treatment thresholds come from published research, so your labs must be measured by the same method the research used. A 20% misread by an immunoassay can be the difference between confirming a diagnosis or missing it. We also do not accept home test kits: saliva and dried-blood-spot kits show testosterone and estradiol 14-19% lower than in-person collection (Journal of Applied Laboratory Medicine).

What if I don't qualify for treatment?

If you are not approved for treatment after medical review, or decide not to proceed during your first consultation, you'll receive a 100% refund of your subscription payment.

The initial diagnostic fee is non-refundable, since it covers lab work and analysis already performed.

How do plan cancellations work?

You may cancel at any time before your next renewal.

Long-term plans (Quarterly, Semi-annual, Annual) are paid upfront. If you cancel before the commitment period ends, the months you used are recalculated at the standard $149/month monthly rate, and the difference is returned to your original payment method.

Example: if you cancel a Semi-annual plan after 3 months, those 3 months are re-billed at $149/month instead of the $119/month long-term rate, and the rest of your upfront payment is refunded.

What is your price match guarantee?

If you find a comparable plan at a lower total cost, we'll beat it by an additional 20%.
